An accomplished speaker, author, and educator, Rebecca has published more than 200 articles and presentations. She has been featured on Fraud Squad TV and WGN’s Channel 9 News and in Crain Chicago Business, CP America International, the Business Ledger, the Chicago Tribune, White Collar Crime Fighter and the Phoenix New Times.
Rebecca is a problem solver. She has made a career of taking complex healthcare financial problems and finding simple, implementable solutions. Her problem solving abilities have enabled her to find money on the table, reduce costs, decrease risk, identify and mitigate healthcare fraud schemes, operational breakdowns, and medical and financial errors.
She has been appointed to government councils and provided expert testimony to government agencies on the subject of waste, fraud and abuse. Rebecca is also a faculty member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
She has spoken on numerous topics including: General Healthcare and Insurance, Healthcare Reform, Healthcare Fraud, Healthcare Finances, Patient Advocacy, Fraud Detection and Prevention.
