Medical Billing
ACS provided medical billing training to the designated staff of Allied Information Technology Systems to enable them to handle professional medical billing data independently generated out of USA. It was a two-months-long in-house training project at AITS premises covering every aspect of full medical billing: Medical Coding, Eligibility Verification, Demographics and Insurance Entry, Charge Posting, Claims Submission (both Electronic and Paper), Payment Posting, Collections & Follow up, Patient Bills, Reports Analysis, etc.
ACS deputed one executive level master trainer for one month and one full-fledged experienced biller for 02 months who stayed beyond for three more months. Total 43 persons were trained in both morning and evening shifts with training objectives fully achieved. The feedback of the trainees was way up beyond the expectations of AITS management and the trainees.
