John Lynn was in Dubai for the second time to be the speaker on this course. Like the first course, this one also went very well and was admired and endorsed by the participants. Ministry of Health (MOH), UAE also participated, which we hope, they will continue to attend our courses. The attendees got an excellent chance and opportunity to listen to John Lynn who shared immense amount of knowledge and experience with his 10 years of interaction with wide range of EMR/EHR products and vendors from across the USA region. They thanked John. Herein are few comments from the participants:
“It was a good experience to attend such course and I loved the environment”
“Everything was good and interesting”
“Got an overview of EMR and its implementation and how it evaluate”
We had representation from The Breakaway Group, a Xerox company, which sponsored this course. Thanks to the Group. Nanette Koch, their Senior Vice President came in all the way from USA to attend the course and give her presentation. She was with us for almost whole day on the second day. She presented Group's research-based training methodology, which the Group thinks would be the best way to have healthcare leaders adopt the healthcare IT in a meaningful way. It was an excellent presentation, thanks to her. She took back a very good impression of the EMR course and the way it was organized. We wish them a good luck to their entry into Middle East to fill up the growing skill development gap in the healthcare sector.
At the end of training, attendees were asked as to what did they like the most about EMR/EHR training. The answers were:
“I like most the EMR integration and EHR future”
“Specially the way of presentation of trainer Mr. John”
“I like the overview and the subject”
The rating of the course stood at close to 9 out of 10. And the objectives of the course were fully met.
