Job Description:
Transcribe dictation for a variety of medical reports such as patient histories, physical examinations, emergency room visits, operations, chart reviews, consultation, and/or discharge summaries with 75-80% quality ascertained after applying quality control standards of the industry, within the given TAT of 6-10 hours.

Skills:
Good understanding of English grammar and sentence structuring.
Command over Medical terminologies.
Minimum typing speed of 60+ wpm.

Job Description:
Proof read the transcribed documents by listening, distinguish between homonyms, and recognize inconsistencies and mistakes in medical terms, referring to dictionaries, drug references, and other sources on anatomy, physiology, and medicine, and maintaining 99++++% quality according to the given standards within the TAT of 10-12 hours.

Skills:
Excellent insight of punctuations, sentence making, sentence structuring, paragraph making and English grammar.
Very well versed with terminologies used in medical/health care documents and also a vast knowledge of English words, idioms and expressions in general.
Minimum typing speed of 40+ wpm.
Strong interpersonal skills.
