If the enrollee cancels the course, following will be the refund policy:
75% refund if course/training cancelled 15 days prior to the start of the training.
50% refund if course/training cancelled 10 days prior to the start of the training.
No refund if course/training cancelled within less than 10 days to the start of training.
If the company cancels the course, following will be the refund policy.
The company reserves the right to cancel the course. In such case, 100% amount would be refunded to those who enrolled for that course.
Terms and Conditions
Training fee is inclusive of lectures, program material and certificate.
Payment Terms:Send the payment along with registration form or register by phone. An acknowledgement of payment receipt will be issued. Due to limited number of training slots, we would suggest you to get yourself registered at the earliest to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation/Refund: Cancellation fee will be charged as per terms outlined below. The company reserves the right to refuse admission/offer if payment is not received on time.

100% refund, minus $100 processing fee, if course/trainingcancelled 15 days prior to the course start date.
If course/training cancelled within 15 days of the course startdate, credit voucher toward future ACS course will be given.
NO refund after the course/training is closed/completed.
ACS: The company reserves the right to cancel the course for any reason. In the event of cancellation, 100% amount paid will be refunded to those who enrolled for the course. ACS liability is limited to refunding of the course fee.
Copyright, etc.: All intellectual property rights and all material produced or distributed by ACS in connection with this training is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
The client hereby acknowledges that he/she specifically authorizes ACS to charge the credit card listed for the amount provided herein; that this contract is valid, binding and enforceable; and that he/she has no basis to claim that any payment required under this contract at any time is improper, disputed or unauthorized in any way.
The client acknowledges that they have read and understood all terms of this contract, including without limitation, the provision relating to cancellation. NOTE: 2.9% charges will apply for an online payment.
